Our Story
Created in 1995 at the initiative of several leaders in the label printing sector, G.A.T.E (Groupement d’Achat de Transformateurs d’Etiquettes : the label processing buying group) is an Economic Interest Group (EIG) which provides an optimised purchasing solution for its members.
Since 1995, thanks to the confidence of its members, G.A.T.E. has grown considerably, and today has strong purchasing power in its market.
Now, G.A.T.E is :
16 members: active members, willing to share their experiences and pool their purchases, to improve the profitability of their firms. The whole membership represents a turnover of 100 million euros, a workforce of 600 people and a technology park with a hundred machines
25 listed supplying partners: rigorously chosen, each supplier commits to a Code of Conduct and Operation with all Group Members
